Just tried these from livestrong! So yummy! If you make the
balls even smaller, even more perfect for a small protein fix before exercise!
(or just eat more and not feel bad because they are so small.)
Ingredients:
1 cup natural peanut
butter (I used almond butter)
1 cup oats
1/2 cup raw honey
1 cup protein powder (I
used chocolate)
Directions:
Combine peanut butter,
honey, oats and protein powder in medium bowl. Mix well. Roll into small balls,
put on grease proof paper. Put in fridge to set a bit and don't eat them all at
once.
